Michael Casey began his real estate career in 1994 and quickly established himself as one of the up-and-coming realtors. Mr. Casey won numerous awards highlighting him as a top producer. In 2001, he moved to RE/MAX as both a Realtor and an agency owner, and continued to successfully become one of RE/MAX’s top agents in the Midwest Region. 

Mr. Casey is ranked as one of the top Volume selling Agents and has also been ranked as the number 3 agent in the Central and Northern Ohio region. Additional awards include Re/Max's Platinum and Chairman Club. 

Columbus Suburbs & Relocation
Mr. Casey and team specialize in the following suburban schools districts & neighborhoods: Olentangy, Worthington, Dublin, Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna, UpperArlington, Grandview, Hilliard and Bexley. There is a large focus on the Columbus urban neighborhoods: Short North, Victorian Village, Italian Village, Olde Town East, Arena District, Merion Village, German Village, Schumacher Place, Brewery District and Grandview Heights. 

Heavily involved in the specialized relocation market, Michael has represented such companies as Worthington Industries, Wendy’s International, Abercrombie & Fitch, Honda of America and JPMorganChase.

Urban Market Focus
In 2002, Mr. Casey expanded his business practice into the downtown sector, becoming the Realtor of choice for Columbus’ oldest historic neighborhood, Olde Towne East. After capturing the Olde Towne's market, Michael continued his market domination into the Short North area, where he is a leader. 

Condominium Conversions and Development Projects
In late 2002, Mr. Casey began negotiations with numerous developers to handle the sale of their apartment/condominium conversion and new construction projects. After providing an unprecedented level of success to these developers, Mr. Casey was selected to represent several new multi-million dollar condominium development projects. Such projects as The Jackson, Aston Row Townhomes, The Heights, Latta Avenue Townhomes, The Landings at Heron Bay, Broadview Heights Condominiums, Carlyle’s Watch, Jackson station, City Park Townhomes, Clark Place, Aston Place, 25 Jeffrey Park, Aston Estates Brownstones, The Flats at Kramer Place, Bryden Row, The Franklin & The Morgan have been and/or are being currently sold by this dynamic real estate organization. 

Currently projects are planned from the beginning stages where as part of the real estate teams services Mr. Casey works with directly with developers and property owners to maximize the use, desirability, design and marketability of the product being built. This helps the success of the project by offering what the end consumer is looking for and what the market is lacking product wise. 

Additional projects are now in the planning stages for the Short North, Downtown Columbus, Olde Towne East, Grandview, and the Arena district neighborhoods.
